On behalf of our Financial Services client, Procom is searching for a Manager, Business Solutions for a permanent role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Markham, Ontario office.

- Job Description:


The Manager, Business Solutions is responsible for the development, delivery, and support of business solutions across various business areas and enterprise-wide platforms. This role involves maintaining, planning, evaluating, and implementing business solutions to enhance operational excellence and financial performance.

Manager, Business Solutions - Responsibilities:

• Contribute to IT Strategy and develop the annual information technology budget

• Identify and recommend new technologies for operational excellence and competitive edge

• Stay current with industry trends and educate management on their impacts

• Work with vendors to ensure proper contracts and pricing

• Lead and support the development of business cases and gather/document requirements

• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for product development and delivery

• Lead the solution support team and manage external vendors

• Recruit, lead, and develop a team of IT professionals

Manager, Business Solutions - Mandatory

Skills:



• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field

• 10-12 years of IT Management experience

• Experience managing and supporting IT Business Solutions

• Solid program and project management skills

• Strong business and financial acumen

• Superior analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Tools

Manager, Business Solutions – Nice-to-Have

• Experience with enterprise systems like financial, CRM, and document management systems

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Proven track record with external consultants and vendors
