We are looking for a dynamic, upbeat Systems Tools Manager to join our growing Datacenter GPU validation team passionate about delivering leading-edge technology.

• Lead a hardworking distributed team passionate about delivering robust technical tools solutions to validate our DCGPU products
• Own the team to architect, develop, validate, and release tools solution to internal and customer teams
• Proactively lead project planning, developing, and maintaining schedules, managing dependencies, and ensuring quality of work at committed milestones
• Work directly with our internal partners and customer-facing teams to ensure their needs are addressed by the tools supported
• Drive debug and resolution of tools related issues across silicon, system, and software teams
• Develop regular status reports representing the tools team in program meetings providing status to program and senior management
• Drive tools initiatives across organizations to deliver industry leading tools
• Coach and mentor staff

• Engineering management and technical leadership experience
• Good written and oral communication skills, with the ability to connect with a variety of engineering fields and management
• Good understanding of the technologies, capabilities and challenges involved
• Experience in SW development cycle
• Experience working with global, distributed teams

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent
