Location: GTA, Ontario (Hybrid)

Status: Full Time, Permanent

Responsibilities:

Take a lead role in projects, showcasing strategic thinking and hands-on execution

Provide technical expertise and architect data integration, data quality, or master data solutions

Collaborate with business operations to ensure effective ownership and stewardship responsibilities

Contribute to the development and maintenance of a data quality or master data competency center

Deliver necessary training to team members on technologies, processes, or methodologies

Lead project delivery to achieve successful outcomes

Qualifications,

Skills & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Management, or extensive experience within the Data Management function

A minimum of 4 years proven experience in architecting, developing, and leading Informatica projects with IDMC (IICS), Informatica Power Centre, IDQ

A minimum of 4 years of formal Data Management, Metadata, Data Quality, and/or Master Data Management experience

Experience in data integration, data profiling, data quality rule creation, data quality validation, cleansing, and exception management

Strong technical background in Database, SQL, ETL, DQ, or MDM technologies.

Solid experience in at least one of the following areas:

Data integration and migration using ETL Tools – Informatica IDMC (IICS), Informatica Power Center, IDQMetadata Management Tools - Informatica, Ataccama, Collibra, ASG, IBM, Alation Data Quality Management Tools - Informatica, Ataccama, Trillium, Precisely, Talend Master/Reference Data Management Tools - Informatica, Ataccama, IBM, Profisee, Semarchy, Riversand, TIBCO, Reltio

Proficiency in data matching and data mastering techniques

Familiarity with data ownership and stewardship processes

Highly motivated self-starter with a results-driven mindset, capable of prioritizing and managing multiple complex initiatives concurrently

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and interpersonal abilities

Effective negotiation and conflict resolution skills to collaborate across various organizational levels and geographically dispersed teams
