Responsibilities:
Take a lead role in projects, showcasing strategic thinking and hands-on executionProvide technical expertise and architect data integration, data quality, or master data solutionsCollaborate with business operations to ensure effective ownership and stewardship responsibilitiesContribute to the development and maintenance of a data quality or master data competency centerDeliver necessary training to team members on technologies, processes, or methodologiesLead project delivery to achieve successful outcomesQualifications,
Skills & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Management, or extensive experience within the Data Management functionA minimum of 4 years proven experience in architecting, developing, and leading Informatica projects with IDMC (IICS), Informatica Power Centre, IDQA minimum of 4 years of formal Data Management, Metadata, Data Quality, and/or Master Data Management experienceExperience in data integration, data profiling, data quality rule creation, data quality validation, cleansing, and exception managementStrong technical background in Database, SQL, ETL, DQ, or MDM technologies.Solid experience in at least one of the following areas:
Data integration and migration using ETL Tools – Informatica IDMC (IICS), Informatica Power Center, IDQMetadata Management Tools - Informatica, Ataccama, Collibra, ASG, IBM, Alation Data Quality Management Tools - Informatica, Ataccama, Trillium, Precisely, Talend Master/Reference Data Management Tools - Informatica, Ataccama, IBM, Profisee, Semarchy, Riversand, TIBCO, ReltioProficiency in data matching and data mastering techniquesFamiliarity with data ownership and stewardship processesHighly motivated self-starter with a results-driven mindset, capable of prioritizing and managing multiple complex initiatives concurrentlyExcellent communication skills (verbal and written) and interpersonal abilitiesEffective negotiation and conflict resolution skills to collaborate across various organizational levels and geographically dispersed teamsAbout Adastra
