As the Decision Support Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping SE Health’s data ecosystem – transforming raw data into clear insights, shaping consistent usage, and enabling meaningful action. You will partner with teams across the organization to uncover opportunities, tell compelling data stories, and guide the building of tools that drive performance and confidence in decision‑making.

This role is ideal for a strategic thinker and skilled communicator who thrives at the intersection of analytics, systems, and people. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Decision Support, you are excited by the opportunity to:

• lead the development of dashboards and reports;
• strengthen data governance and architecture;
• support the enterprise‑wide migration to modern reporting platforms;
• grow the organization’s data capabilities; and,
• increase data literacy by connecting sound data foundations with practical insights.

Develop and sustain digital reporting tools such as dashboards and reports that enable teams to make informed, data‑informed decisions.

• Partner with parties of interest to define and prioritize reporting needs, ensuring solutions are organized, intuitive, and actionable.
• Manage multiple projects and guide technical teams in developing reports that align with business and clinical priorities.
• Champion design standards that elevate user experience (UX) and foster adoption.

Ensure SE Health’s data environment is reliable, standardized, and strategically aligned.

• Collaborate with Digital Team colleagues and organizational business partners to influence the enterprise data architecture supporting analytics and reporting.
• Lead the development and maintenance of standardized data definitions, business rules, and key metrics.
• Support data governance initiatives that promote quality, compliance, and consistency across systems.

Play a leading role in SE Health’s transition from legacy reporting tools to modern platforms such as Power BI.

• Oversee report consolidation and migration, ensuring continuity, accuracy, and improved user experience.
• Partner with users to reimagine reports as interactive, insight‑driven dashboards that enhance decision‑making.
• Support change management and training efforts to ensure strong adoption and sustained value.

Conduct in-depth data analysis and communicate findings that drive performance improvement and strategic decisions.

• Translate complex data into clear visuals, insights, and recommendations.
• Act as a trusted advisor on data‑informed decision‑making across business, operational, and clinical areas.
