Position Description
As the Senior Supply Chain Manager, you will be tasked with managing the SCM of the product division, providing leadership to the supply chain and order management teams, ensuring order fulfillment of the organization’s premium HVAC solutions to market.
Your experience in dealing with importing Asian product lines will be of particular value to this important position and your distinct advantage in being considered for this role.
Responsibilities include:
Ownership over supply chain product inventoryResponsible for all supply chain related activitiesOptimize inventory policies and proceduresForecasting and analytics in support of sales forecasting etc.Effective communication with vendors, clients and logistics partiesInventory management, order placement and procurement schedulingManage overall supply chain operations for the HVAC divisionExperience
10+ years of SCM management experience an assetConstruction inventory as it pertains to product manufacturing is an assetExperience in supply planning, demand planning and sales + operations planningExtensive experience with complexity of supply chain planning processes (operations and commercial)Client-centric demeanorExcellent people management and team leadership qualitiesProven experience in managing supply chain and logistics with manufacturing companiesQualifications
APICS membership, CPIM or CSCP are assetsSCMP preferredEducation
Bachelor’s Degree with an advanced degree in management (MBA) preferred.
