Quality Assurance Technician – Printing & Packaging Industry

Are you detail-oriented, quality-driven, and passionate about maintaining excellence in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We’re looking for a Quality Assurance Technician to support our production team and uphold the high standards our customers expect in the printing and packaging industry
.

Position Summary

As a Quality Assurance Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring that our printed materials and packaging products meet all quality, regulatory, and customer specifications. You’ll conduct testing and inspections at various stages of production—helping ensure every product leaving our facility meets both our standards and our customers’ expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-process inspections and test verifications for quality and food packaging safety
    .

  • Ensure all QA bench-top testing equipment is calibrated, accurate, and functioning properly
    .

  • Identify and quarantine non-conforming materials; maintain proper documentation and sampling.

  • Collaborate with production teams to support continuous improvement in printing and finishing processes
    .

  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures
    .

  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Quality Manager.

  • Qualifications

  • Associate degree preferred, ideally with coursework in mathematics or applied sciences
    .

  • 2–5 years of experience in a manufacturing or printing environment (printing, packaging, or converting industry experience strongly preferred).

  • Hands-on experience using quality testing equipment and understanding of quality control processes.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook) and other data systems.

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a high-volume production setting
    .
