• Set up, operate, and maintain folder/gluer machinery
• Interpret job tickets and ensure correct materials and tooling are used
• Perform quality checks throughout production to ensure accuracy, alignment, and glue integrity
• Troubleshoot machine issues and adjust settings for optimal performance
• Work closely with production team to meet timelines and reduce waste
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

• 5+ years experience operating folder/gluer equipment (e.g., Bobst, Jagenberg, Vega, etc.)
• Strong understanding of packaging converting processes
• Ability to read and follow job specs, layouts, and production sheets
• Mechanical aptitude and comfort with machine adjustments
• Attention to detail, strong quality focus, and reliable work habits
• Desire to build a long‑term career with opportunities to grow

• Monday to Thursday — 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• Monday to Thursday — 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM
