Summary

The Fulfillment Coordinator is responsible for processing merchandise, which requires product knowledge, independent decision-making, and the ability to learn and operate various tools and equipment. The role involves achieving departmental production standards and may include flexing to other departments based on product flow.

Major Responsibilities
  • Receive all merchandise daily from vendors and stores, and ship packages to stores, vendors, customers, and business contacts. Manage carton controls, sort, and process merchandise for inventory movement. Pack and consolidate packages for domestic and international shipments, including pickup/delivery within the source center.
  • Process merchandise through various systems such as purchase orders, invoices, inventory management, and cycle counts. Handle physical movement of products in designated areas and use technology platforms like RF Guns, carousels, and inventory systems. Complete tasks related to merchandise processing, including transfers and customer warranty follow-ups.
  • Maintain individual productivity standards, ensure quality control, and facilitate timely movement of products to meet service levels. Verify SKUs, inspect merchandise, and manage ticketing.
  • Ensure accuracy in all tasks and retain operational knowledge of technology platforms, including shipping and sorting software, RF Guns, and inventory management systems.
  • Complete semi-annual inventory reconciliations, process new merchandise, and secure storage locations.
  • Perform additional duties and projects as assigned.
  • Qualifications
    • Education: High School Diploma / GED
    • Experience: Distribution experience preferred; 0-6 months required
    • Skills: Good math, computer, and data entry skills; familiarity with IMS inventory applications, shipping software, and Microsoft Outlook; attention to detail; strong communication skills; ability to work mandated overtime; capable of working in a metal-free environment in a fast-paced, production-based setting.
