Position: (CAN) Reno Host

Position Summary

Provide exceptional customer service and assist in sales‑floor operations to ensure a positive shopping experience and drive customer loyalty.

What You’ll Do

Meet with the Customer Experience Sales Floor Department Manager / ASM to discuss daily store changes.
Keep the customer informed on all of the changes that have happened that week.
Walk the impacted areas and approach customers to ensure that all questions are answered and needs are met.
Complete PA Announcement for customers.
Communicate customer’s questions, suggestions and concerns to the Customer Experience Department Manager/ASM.
Communicate any safety concerns to Management after correcting the hazard.

The minimum rate of pay for this position starts from $17.75. Rate of pay will be determined based on relevant experience.

Minimum Qualifications

Age - 16 or older
