Software Engineer, Cloud Engineer - Software, AI Engineer

We are a consulting firm specializing in implementing and optimizing performance management software solutions. Our objective is to develop a web-application framework for our enterprise client solutions & operations.

We are seeking a Software Engineer to build an end-to-end modern web-application with customized integrations into various systems. You’ll participate in all stages of the development process, provide key insights into the technical and non-technical objectives, and help drive early-stage decisions as the company prepares its go-to-market strategy.

• Design, code, and debug web software application with a strong focus on privacy for our enterprise clients
• Develop scalable solutions, leveraging leading cloud providers (e.g. AWS) and utilizing cutting-edge ML/AI tooling
• Collaborate with product teams to build user-centric features that drive business growth
• Optimize application performance, reliability, and maintainability
• Influence technical decisions, shaping the platform and infrastructure as the company scales

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field from a well-recognized school.
• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in modern technologies like React, Node, Python, and cloud providers including Amazon AWS.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

• Proven ability to thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced startup environment, where your contributions directly influence the company’s direction and success.
• Previous experience in a startup is highly preferred.
