Care Centres - Casual Fitness Professional

• Location: Markham, Ontario
• Hours: Shifts between 6:00am and 8:00pm Monday to Friday
• Hourly rate: $20.00

TELUS Health is looking for a casual Fitness Professional in Markham, Ontario.

The Fitness Professional will be responsible for creating a welcoming and safe fitness environment by greeting members, monitoring the gym floor, and managing front desk operations. There may also be the requirement to instruct group exercise during scheduled shifts, based on qualifications and site needs.

• Greet members in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer member questions
• Monitor gym and member safety

• Reliable, punctual and friendly
• Engaging with a passion for fitness and health
• Group exercise/personal training certification is required
• Current CPR/First Aid certificate is required
• A post-secondary degree in Kinesiology and/or certificate in workplace fitness/wellness is an asset
