• System & Network Security:
  Monitor and secure networks, servers, databases, and endpoints from unauthorized access, malware, and data breaches.
• Configure and manage firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), antivirus, and other security tools.
• Ensure the strategy and implementation of information security in accordance with the needs and applicable regulations regarding Networks, Tools and Application Development.
• Develop comprehensive cyber security and risk management processes for infrastructure and operations architecture in accordance with the Company's needs.
• Risk Assessment & Vulnerability Management:
  Conduct regular vulnerability scans, risk assessments, and penetration testing; identify, analyze, and mitigate security weaknesses and potential threats; assess risk levels and recommend mitigation counter-measures; maintain an up-to-date inventory of IT assets and their security status.
• Incident Response & Investigation:
  Detect, respond to, and investigate security incidents and breaches; conduct root cause analysis and provide remediation plans; document incidents and report findings to management with recommendations.
• Access Control & Identity Management:
  Manage user access permissions, roles, and authentication mechanisms; monitor for unusual login behaviour or unauthorized access attempts.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT security or a related role.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Expertise in IT security testing, vulnerability scanning, and penetration testing.
• Strong understanding of networking protocols, operating systems, and computer architecture.
• Proficiency in security tools such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, encryption, antivirus, and vulnerability scanners.
• Experience with cloud security tools and secure cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Proficiency with SIEM, Vulnerability Management, and Application Security Testing solutions.
• Familiar with cybersecurity frameworks: NIST CSF, ISO 27001, CIS Controls, etc.
• Experience in incident response, threat detection, and log management.

• One or more relevant security certifications: CISSP, CEH, CISA, CISM, or ISMS.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia (English proficiency equivalent to C1 – Advanced).
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent time management, problem-solving, and team collaboration.
• High level of integrity, resilience, and professionalism.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Comfortable working in cross-cultural environments and managing multiple priorities.
