We are looking to recruit a Support Worker to join our team.
OverviewPriory Riverview is a full‑time position with evening and weekend hours. The role is located in the picturesque seaside town of Teignmouth, Devon, offering residential support for eight autistic individuals.
Responsibilities- Assist qualified staff with the assessment and implementation of individual care plans.
- Support day‑to‑day activities and encourage independent living.
- Provide personal care, participation in activities and maintenance of tenancy.
- Complete daily electronic and paper records.
- Maintain health and wellbeing, liaising with other specialists.
- Promote community integration and embed the REACH standards in everyday practice.
- Follow company policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Skills- Excellent interpersonal skills and resilience.
- Demonstrated initiative and ability to work person‑centred.
- Ability to develop potential and skills of individuals.
- Empathy, understanding and patience.
- Team working and independent working skills.
- Competent verbal and written English.
- Social care qualification desirable, not essential.
