As a valued member of our Jet2holidays Airport team, you’ll play a key role in supporting our customers on their transfers to/from their accommodation and create a memorable and welcoming process as they arrive and depart the airport. You will work as one team with our internal & external suppliers whilst taking responsibility for resolving customer queries or problems using our in‑house digital systems.

• 28,934 Turkish Lira Net per calendar month
• 141.00 Turkish Lira Multinet per worked day
• Fixed Term contract (March - October 2026) via our Local Agent

As an Airport Representative
, you’ll report directly to the Airport Team Leader and work closely with internal and external partners to deliver VIP industry leading customer service
. You’ll be at the heart of creating memories for our customers.

• Greet every customer with a warm welcome and create a memorable journey.
• Act as a point of contact during flight disruptions, emergencies and customer escalations, ensuring each situation is handled with care.
• Represent Jet2holidays onboard transfers to/from the airport, guiding and assisting customers throughout their airport experience.
• Provide essential transfer and holiday information by creating and distributing welcome packs.
• Work closely with transfers providers to support operations in the coach park.

• Full right to work documents for Turkey.
• Residence in Dalaman, Marmaris, Fethiye or Icmeler with own accommodation.
• Flexibility for early starts, late finishes, split shifts & weekend working; ability to stand and work outdoors, especially in summer.
• Customer service experience is a plus, but not essential. Must be solution oriented, friendly, positive, confident and comfortable using digital systems on a tablet device.
