JDH Remodeling is in search of proactive, motivated, and coachable individuals who are interested in launching their career in sales. As an Entry Level Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role as the initial point of contact with potential clients, creating opportunities and building relationships.

Responsibilities- Run appointments and follow up with prospects using our tools, technologies, and resources.
- Maintain accurate client databases and track interactions.
- Conduct in-home consultations to assess homeowner needs and present remodeling solutions
- Prepare and deliver accurate project estimates and sales proposals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers
- Collaborate with project managers and production teams to ensure smooth project handoffs
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs
- Represent JDH Remodeling professionally at community events and networking opportunities
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage a pipeline and work independently
- Comfortable conducting in-home sales presentations and consultations
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
- Proficiency with CRM software or willingness to learn
- Customer-first mindset with a professional and trustworthy demeanor
- Self-motivated, persuasive, and results-driven individuals
- Proficient in using computers and adaptable to new software
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
