Pay 1st Shift: $15.00 hour 2nd & 3rd Shift: $16.00 hour Overtime:
Time and a half after 40 hours Weekend Pay:
Time and a half for all hours worked on Saturday or Sunday, even if you have not reached 40 hours for the week.

Job Duties

This position works with a quality inspection company supporting manufacturing facilities throughout the Toledo region.

• Inspecting manufactured parts for quality
• Counting and sorting parts
• Identifying defective or non-conforming parts
• Working directly on manufacturing production lines
• Following quality and safety procedures
• Traveling to different client facilities within the Toledo region as needed

Travel & Mileage

Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are required no exceptions.

This position supports the Toledo region, which may include Bowling Green, Napoleon, Blissfield, MI, and portions of Southeast Michigan.

• Employees must be prepared to report to different facilities based on workload.
• Travel of up to 40 miles round trip from your home to the assigned facility is part of the position and is not mileage-reimbursed.
• When an assignment requires 41+ miles round trip, mileage is reimbursed at $0.50 per mile.
• Regular commuting to and from your assigned work location does not otherwise qualify for mileage reimbursement.
• A new project is expected to begin in Blissfield, Michigan. Until that project starts, most new employees will likely work in Bowling Green, Ohio or other locations within the Toledo region.
