Temp to Perm Customer Relations Administrator

A growing organisation in the Darley Dale area are seeking a confident and detail-driven Customer Relations Administrator to join their busy and supportive team. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys delivering customer service, and takes pride in maintaining efficient and organised business operations.

You will play a key part in ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day processes, supporting report quality assurance, managing complex schedules, and acting as a professional and approachable point of contact for both customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the wider team and management
  • Review and quality-check assessment reports and documentation to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Manage busy staff diaries, coordinating customer appointments and scheduling effectively
  • Handle incoming calls and enquiries with confidence and a professional manner
  • Liaise with internal colleagues and external clients, managing your own portfolio of customers and ensuring timely updates and follow-ups
  • Maintain confidentiality at all times and ensure compliance with data protection standards
  • Support team projects, audits and ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed
Skills & Experience
  • Prior experience in an administrative or office-based support role
  • Written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident, clear and professional telephone manner
  • Organisational and time management abilities
  • High level of attention to detail, particularly when reviewing reports or written documentation
  • Ability to prioritise workload effectively and work both independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using CRM or scheduling software
