We’re looking for a hardworking Production Operative to join our dedicated team at our Darley Dale site. If you’re reliable, safety-conscious, and ready to make a difference, we want to hear from you!

• Follow all Health & Safety, Quality, Environmental, and Energy policies.
• Work safely in extreme conditions with full PPE (air-flow helmets, P3 masks, heavy overalls, etc.).
• Maintain high standards of performance, housekeeping, and HSE compliance.
• Participate in blood lead level monitoring.
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to ensure smooth operations.
• Take on tasks as assigned by Team Leaders or Managers.
• Embrace training opportunities and learn quickly.

• A team player who’s also self-motivated.
• Reliable and committed to high standards.
• Holds a full, clean driving license.
• Basic IT skills.
• No prior experience required—full training provided!
