The Buckle, Inc. in McAllen, TX is seeking an Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager to drive sales, lead the team, and train teammates. The role partners with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to recruit, train, and provide leadership in daily store operations.
You will share responsibility for training, motivate teammates, and step in as Store Manager in their absence. The position builds on the AIT role with higher-level duties in leadership and execution.
