Modern Mill in McComb, MS is seeking a production improvement engineer to support manufacturing, maintenance, and quality. You will design and implement improvements across extrusion lines, mixing, and final equipment to run efficiently and meet quality standards.
Responsibilities include applying lean manufacturing practices, 5S, and six sigma approaches to reduce variability, improve yields, and ensure safe, continuous operation. Strong drafting and CAD skills are required.
