Product Marketing Sales

• Responsible to create effective product policy, achieving sell-in & retail sales targets of assigned modern channel and stores
• Responsible for achieving profitable product structure mix in assigned modern channel and stores
• Create, promote and ensure the implementation of retail activities in assigned modern channel and store
• Achieve the target of increasing brand share in assigned modern channel and stores to expand new potential stores within the channel
• Manage PSI, inventory, clear over aging and discontinued models and improve SKU efficiency
• Manage dedicated promoters and increase productivity

Job Requirement :

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any major
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience preferably in marketing/product planning/related function(s)
• Have a good knowledge about Refrigerant/TV/Washing Machine product
• Good knowledge stores management, retail, product policy, and PSI
• Knowing how and what factors can affect perception of products especially in consumer goods (market and competitor analysis)
• Fluency in English
• Thriving at Microsoft office (Power point/Excel/Word)
• Presentable, articulate, and excellent communication skill
• Good negotiation, detailed oriented & numbers friendly
• Logically, analytically minded, and fast learner
• Must know how and what factors can affect perception product especially in home appliances electronics company
