Your Mission:

Lead with Confidence: Manage the clinic environment by ensuring a clean, safe, and professional space for patients and staff, promoting excellence in care through attention to detail and consistent follow-through on protocols and procedures.

Innovate and Elevate: Support your team by facilitating ongoing education, ensuring clinic policies are adhered to, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. This includes managing medication protocols and overseeing patient care standards to achieve the highest level of satisfaction.

Analyze and Conquer: Oversee staff schedules, clinic resources, and inventory, ensuring smooth operations through proactive communication and coordination. Perform self-audits and regular checks to ensure compliance with SOPs, and continuously monitor for any discrepancies or potential issues.

Collaborate and Lead: Mentor and supervise clinical staff, providing guidance, performance assessments, and leadership. Cultivate a collaborative atmosphere by liaising effectively with physicians, Nurse Practitioners, and support staff, maintaining a focus on patient care and safety at all times.

What You Bring to the Table:

Professional Expertise: You are a qualified Registered Nurse with a valid provincial license and have a minimum of 3 years of nursing experience, including at least one year of regular IV initiation and infusion experience. You bring extensive clinical knowledge, especially in patient assessments and care.

Operational Excellence: You have strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, ensuring clinic operations run smoothly. Your proficiency with MS Excel, Outlook, and Word aids in your ability to maintain accurate records and meet reporting deadlines.

Patient-Centered Focus: You have exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen ability to provide excellent customer service to patients, physicians, and staff. Your analytical skills and attention to detail ensure accurate patient care, including medication administration and dosage calculations.

Leadership Abilities: You possess strong leadership skills, capable of effectively supervising and supporting clinical staff. Your ability to mentor and provide constructive feedback helps nurture a team dedicated to delivering high-quality care.

Adaptability and Flexibility: You are willing to travel to other clinics within a set geographical boundary, ensuring consistent service delivery across locations. You also have the flexibility to accommodate pre-scheduled and occasional last-minute patient appointment requests.
