More about the Care Coordinator role at Everlab
As a Care Coordinator, you will act as the bridge between our members and the Everlab team, ensuring that each member feels supported, informed, and valued throughout their health optimisation journey. You will provide exceptional service and care coordination, becoming a trusted point of contact for members. This role combines attention to detail, operational excellence, and a passion for helping people live healthier, longer lives.
This is a full-time role, with 1–2 days per week in-office for team members located near our Sydney or Melbourne offices. For those in Australia but outside these cities (e.g. Brisbane), the role may be fully remote. It’s ideal for someone who thrives in a structured, detail-oriented environment and enjoys close collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities and scope:
Medical operations: Enable high standards of care for Everlab consults by completing key operational tasks including retrieving results, preparing medical reports, resolving system or data issues, and ensuring accuracy across all member records.
Care coordination: Schedule appointments, follow up on diagnostic test results, and liaise with Everlab doctors and external partners to ensure members receive the care they need at the right time.
Continuous improvement of the member experience: Proactively seek feedback from members to identify areas where Everlab can improve their experience and advocate for member needs within the team.
What we are looking for:
Availability: Full-time with 1–2 in-office days preferred for those near our Sydney or Melbourne offices.
Strong written and spoken communication: You are a natural communicator who can explain complex information in a clear, empathetic, and supportive way.
Tech-savvy and process-minded: You’re comfortable working with multiple systems and digital tools, with a keen eye for accuracy and process efficiency. Experience in healthcare platforms, CRM systems, or clinical data is a plus.
Customer obsessed: You treat members like family. You care deeply about helping them achieve their goals, having an incredible experience with us and go above and beyond to find ways to delight them. You understand the responsibility of working with people’s lives and that success means meaningfully extending and improving quality of life.
Incredible teammate: You communicate with kindness and enjoy the growth that comes from giving and receiving direct and honest feedback. You acknowledge your mistakes, know when to “disagree and commit” and care more about the team being successful than you being right. You also recognise when to ask questions and help with the wider team.
Ownership mindset with strong autonomy: You are motivated by what’s best for our members long term, and you’re confident in making sound decisions independently, especially while covering weekends. You thrive in an autonomous environment, taking full responsibility for outcomes while being proactive in learning and improving. Whether it’s delighting members, training new team members or scaling operations, you understand that excellence means caring about the details, acting with initiative, and always raising the bar.
(Nice to have) Health sciences background: You have a health sciences degree, clinical work experience or knowledge of healthcare systems and processes, with an interest in preventative health and longevity.
