DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To come to work with a positive, professional approach and attitude.
• To be dependable for all scheduled shifts.
• To provide outstanding courteous customer service.
• Packages, wraps, displays and prices meat products and assists customers with large or special orders.
• Using knives and other carving tools and equipment to cut, fillet, and trim meat/fish and seafood for sale to customers.
• When assigned, to be responsible for the receiving, inspecting and storage of merchandise.
• To adhere to association policies and procedures relating to the maintenance, sanitation, and safety of all association assets.
• To ensure proper meat preparation is achieved and maintained. To prepare in-store made products such as sausage and hamburger patties.
• Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have strong interpersonal skills and enjoy working with the public.
• Possess meat cutting experience and/or received an education in meat cutting.
• Honest, trustworthy, and results-oriented
• Must be available to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
