About the Role
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in helping our clients find the right talent, while ensuring candidates experience an exceptional and seamless recruitment journey. You’ll be an enthusiastic business developer, a trusted advisor, and a confident communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.
This is a role where no two days are the same. You’ll grow your division’s presence, build a thriving network, and deliver outstanding service that keeps clients and candidates returning time and time again.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and grow revenue, market share, and profitability within the division.
* Proactively source and engage a strong network of clients and candidates.
* Design and deliver effective recruitment strategies aligned with business goals.
* Collaborate closely with hiring managers to fully understand role requirements and team dynamics.
* Conduct thorough screening, reference checks, and compliance processes.
* Build and nurture long-lasting client relationships, ensuring exceptional service levels.
* Identify new business opportunities and convert lapsed accounts into active, profitable clients.
* Manage reporting and data requirements to support strong operational performance.

Experience & Qualifications
* Minimum 1 year’s experience within the recruitment industry.
* Strong understanding of employment law, compliance, and recruitment best practice.
* Confident across interview, screening, and candidate preparation techniques.
* Full, clean UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
* A degree in HR, Business, or related fields is desirable but not essential.
