Salary: £47,000 to £49,000 plus £7,000 car allowance. Includes pension and annual bonus.
We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager with a strong background in Facilities Maintenance to manage the planned and reactive maintenance of commercial sites across the Wiltshire area.
Responsibilities- Manage a team of coordinators, managers, supervisors, and skilled engineers.
- Lead a large team of static and mobile engineers in contract or service management.
- Handle quotations, health & safety, and SLA management.
- Ensure efficient planned and reactive maintenance operations.
- Strong background in planned and reactive maintenance.
- Experience running a technical team.
- Background as a Contract or Service Manager.
- Technical training (mechanical or electrical).
- Full UK driving licence.
- Based in a commuting location to Trowbridge.
Package:
Good basic salary, £7,000 annual car allowance, pension, annual bonus.
