Job Title: Production Operator (Permanent Nights)
Location: Devizes
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Hours: 39 hours per week
Salary: From £35-40k (depending on experience) + bonuses

The OpportunityWe're working with a leading manufacturer in the engineering sector, currently seeking an experienced Production Operator to join their high-performing production team.
This role is ideal for a candidate with a background in precision manufacturing ideally, although full training will be given.
Key Responsibilities- Operate CNC and EDM machinery to produce high-precision products small batch quantities.
- Perform in-process inspections using CMMs, optical systems, and hand tools, recording accurate measurements and data.
- Load and edit CNC programs as per work instructions.
- Maintain documentation including work orders and quality records via ERP systems.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks and report any faults.
- Adhere to company safety policies, 5S standards, and wear appropriate PPE.
Sunday 11pm - 6am, Monday to Thursday 10pm-6am
Ideal Candidate Profile- Experience with in and engineering environment.
- Methodical, detail-focused, and able to work under pressure.
- Computer literate with a basic understanding of ERP systems.
- Flexible, proactive, and a strong communicator.
