• Support company inductions, help colleagues to complete Level 2 food safety and Level 2 H&S courses via e-learning and arrange the releasing of colleagues for classroom training.
• Deliver area core skills training on process and equipment and train against SOP’s and technical procedures, including sign off’s and competency assessments and refresher training.
• Keep all training records up to date and conduct regular meetings with direct manager to review performance and training requirements.
