Deerwood Bank is seeking a Real Estate Loan Processor for our Mendota Heights area branch. The role involves processing real estate loan files, precise data entry, and daily collaboration with Loan Officers, Underwriters, and Servicing teams.
Must stay current on TRID, HMDA, and related regulations while delivering excellent customer service. Work schedule is Monday–Friday 8:00am–5:00pm at our Minnesota branches, with pay between $25.00 and $30.00 per hour depending on qualifications.
