Position: Drainage Supervisor (Permanent)
Responsible for overseeing day-to-day drainage maintenance and repair operations across South Wales, ensuring all works are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with local authority and environmental standards. Duties include managing drainage crews, coordinating planned and reactive works, inspecting assets, resolving site issues, maintaining compliance with Welsh water and highway regulations, and liaising with contractors, residents, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality service delivery
