An opportunity is available within our Maternity Antenatal Clinic in Prince Charles Hospital for an enthusiastic, flexible Health Care Support Worker.
Band 2 Healthcare Support Worker with an interest in patient care services will join our friendly, busy team.
The successful applicant will be based at the antenatal clinic, Prince Charles Hospital and Ysbyty Cwm Cynon Hospital, and may be expected to work at other sites within Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board as required.
Applicants will be employed on a permanent contract basis.
The post holder will undertake delegated duties, under direct supervision of a Registered Nurse or Midwife, following a period of training and completion of core competencies.
There is no managerial responsibility; all work will be under the direction and supervision of a qualified member of staff.
Welsh Skills Desirable: Welsh speaking and listening skills at Level 3 (equivalent to CEFR B2) or above considered an advantage.
