Store Manager – FOOTASYLUM – Cyfarthfa Shopping Park, Merthyr Tydfil, Wales

FOOTASYLUM is launching a brand‑new store in Cyfarthfa Shopping Park in Spring 2026. The Store Manager will oversee daily operations, drive sales, lead a high‑performing retail team and ensure a superior customer experience.

• Oversee store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising and store opening/closing procedures.
• Develop and execute strategies to improve customer service, drive sales and maximise profitability while maintaining compliance with company policies.
• Recruit, hire, train and develop a talented retail team; provide ongoing coaching and performance management.
• Implement marketing programmes and product look‑books to enhance the customer experience and support corporate objectives.
• Analyse sales reports, monitor key performance indicators and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
• Maintain a safe, tidy and well‑stocked retail environment that reflects the brand image.

• Strong passion for fashion retail and alignment with FOOTASYLUM values.
• Proven leadership in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Experience in team management, motivation and training.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Organised, customer‑first mindset, thriving under pressure and adapting quickly.
• Deep understanding of the fashion retail industry and market trends.
