Methuen Pay: $22-$24/hr schedule: 7am-3:30pm

Position Overview The Quality Technician plays a key role in supporting production and quality systems by ensuring materials and finished products meet established standards. This position involves inspection, documentation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities Review production records and incoming material documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance Perform inspections on incoming materials and maintain detailed inspection records Conduct visual and dimensional inspections on components and assemblies using standard measuring tools Evaluate parts such as molded plastics, sheet metal, and packaging materials against specifications Assist in monitoring controlled manufacturing processes, including labeling and environmental checks Support internal audits by verifying adherence to established procedures and quality standards Partner with engineering and production teams to support calibration activities and equipment readiness Accurately document inspection results and quality data using electronic systems and standard software tools Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in a quality or inspection role within a manufacturing environment Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel Ability to interpret basic technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately record and report findings Comfortable working both independently and within a team setting Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment High school diploma or equivalent required Associate degree in a technical field (engineering, science, or math) is a plus Experience in a high-mix, low-volume production setting is preferred Foot Bridge is an equal opportunity employer committed to an inclusive environment where everyone is valued and respected.
