We are looking for an outstanding Bank Support Worker with a passion for delivering excellent care.

Must have 2 years experience in a similar setting

You’ll have the opportunity to work bank shifts at Cygnet Aspen Clinic, a specialist service for women with a diagnosis of personality disorder and associated complex needs. We provide assessment, stabilisation, treatment and rehabilitation for up to 16 women. Our service users may have complex trauma histories or have experienced regular placement breakdowns. At Cygnet Aspen Clinic we provide a collaborative, multidisciplinary approach to care and treatment with a focus on recovery and co‑production with service users.

• Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all our service users, patients & residents
• Provide guidance and encouragement through physical & emotional support
• Learn about individuals’ specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way
• Assist with medical & welfare needs and report as required
• Safeguard
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for all

• Sensitive and intuitive with the energy required to provide a trusting, stimulating & varied environment

• £12.37 per hour plus 12.1% Annual Leave Allowance
