Mouratoglou is expanding its footprint across multiple states within the racquet sports industry in the United States, and we are seeking a motivated, people-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our Miami team.

Reporting to the Call Center Manager, you will be the first point of contact for future players and membersof our clubs, helping them discover our programs and plan their first visit. It is a great opportunity to join agrowing international sports brand and start building your career with us!

POSITION OVERVIEW As an Inside Sales Representative, you reach out to people who have shown interest in our tennis and padelclubs and invite them to come and discover us. You work through a steady flow of leads by phone, find outwhat each person is looking for, and book them for a club visit, a trial session or a meeting with the club team.

You also answer incoming calls from prospects and members. We value a helpful, no-pressure approach that reflects the quality of our clubs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Call new and existing leads from our CRM.
• Hold short, friendly conversations (about 5 minutes per lead) to understand each person'slevel, goals and availability.
• Book interested prospects for a club visit, tour, trial session or meeting with the club team,and confirm each appointment by text or email.
• Follow up on missed calls, no-shows and leads who were not ready yet, following theteam's follow-up schedule.
• Answer inbound calls and messages from prospects and members, give clear information on facilities, programs and pricing, and route requests to the right club team.
• Log every call, outcome and next step accurately in the CRM.
• Coordinate with club staƯ so that every booked visit is ready and prospects have a great first experience.
• Respect calling hours, do-not-call requests and consent rules for calls and text messages.
• Meet daily and monthly targets for calls completed, appointments booked and appointment attendance.

PROFILE

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Confident, warm phone manner; comfortable making a high volume of calls every day.
• A good listener who quickly understands what someone is looking for.
• Resilient and positive; takes a  not now  in stride and keeps going.
• Organized and disciplined with follow-ups and data entry; comfortable using a CRM.
• Experience in phone sales, customer service, hospitality or retail is a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish or English/French.
• Interest in tennis, padel or sports is a strong plus.
