Job Description & How to Apply Below

Position Title: Associate Advisor

This advisor role pairs the support of a lead advisor on top-tier client relationships with the freedom to build an individual book of business. The firm offers an in-house alternative investment fund, and it intends to invest heavily in the advisor who champions that fund and engages clients around it. Leadership has described this hire as a main priority for the office, with marketing events, networking support, and close access to firm leadership built into the plan.

The environment is small, collaborative, and entrepreneurial, with a laid-back approach to work-life balance and a culture that treats employees as adults. The advisor will work onsite five days a week during the first few months, then move to a hybrid schedule of two to three days in the office. The role rewards initiative, referral generation, and growing sales skill, and it offers a clear route to advancement for a self-directed professional who wants to earn on the business they create.

Salary Range: $100,000 - $125,000 / Year DOE

Plus commission on new assets under management and on assets placed in the firm's proprietary fund, paid as a share of fee billing
