Job Summary:

Role:
Providing care and support for elderly individuals to help them maintain their independence through personalised care.

Tasks:
Personal care, domestic support, administering medication, preparation of meals, companionship and assisting with visits to local amenities. Completing Reviews, Workplace Observations, EMAR audits and supporting with joint reviews.

Must be able to work alternate weekends

Health and Social Care L3 – Willing to work towards Health and Social Care L3

Strong Communication

Skills:

Ability to build good relationships with clients and colleagues.

Experience:

At least 1 year of care experience is desired.

Location:

Ability to get to TS3 for the advertised shift pattern.
