Social Worker - Adults Multi-Disciplinary Team

The role is offering a salary of £65,000 per annum.

Hours: The position is available on a full-time basis, although part-time hours may be considered for the right candidate. Occasional sole charge is required, and Saturdays are shared on a rota basis.

The team: The team includes experienced nursing and non-clinical staff, with support from 3 vets, 3 RVNs, 2 SVNs, a Practice manager, and a friendly reception team.

Requirements:

• Degree in Veterinary Medicine from a recognised university.
• Membership in the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (RCVS).
• Previous experience as a veterinary surgeon is highly desirable.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Comprehensive knowledge of veterinary best practices and medical regulations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact positively with clients and their pets.
• Ability to handle a variety of animals safely and effectively.
• Willingness to continually upgrade knowledge and skills in veterinary medicine.
