Location:
Middlesbrough
Hourly Rate: £13.07 per hour + KPI Bonus + Attendance Bonus
Shifts:
Day Shift (early finish Friday) or Back Shift (four 10-hour shifts)

Job Description
As a Warehouse Operative, you will be a key part of the warehouse and logistics operation. Working within a supportive team, you’ll be responsible for the safe handling, movement, and storage of materials, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with health and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Safely operate forklifts (FLT) to move, load, and unload materials.
* Use overhead cranes to handle and transport heavy items when required.
* Pick, pack, and prepare materials for dispatch and internal use.
* Load, transport, and store materials in designated warehouse locations.
* Carry out visual and basic measurement quality checks.
* Follow all health and safety procedures and wear PPE correctly.
* Complete routine equipment checks and maintain a clean, organised warehouse.
* Accurately record stock movements and warehouse documentation.
This Warehouse Operative role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, values teamwork, and has a strong safety-focused approach.
Skills & Experience
* Valid Forklift (FLT) Licence.
* Experience operating overhead cranes (desirable).
* Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred.
* Good understanding of health and safety procedures.
* Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling.
* Reliable, detail-focused, and a strong team player.
