Mon–Sun, 0800–1830 on a rostered basis.
About the RoleYour focus as a receptionist will be to offer professional, high‑quality customer service as the first point of contact within the home as well as providing a range of administrative services.
Other Responsibilities- Answer the telephone and respond to enquiries at reception, redirect calls to relevant staff and record messages accordingly.
- Complete reception‑related administration, maintain databases, and provide administrative assistance as required by the General Manager.
- Maintain the general tidiness of the reception area and liaise with Housekeeping to ensure standards are maintained.

Our Ideal Candidate Must- Have excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Be confident in using computers.
- Have a positive, friendly, and welcoming attitude.
- Have previous exposure to problem‑solving and client complaints.
