We are a leading buy-to-rent property company based in the heart of Manchester. Our mission is to provide high-quality rental properties and exceptional service to our tenants and investors. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Credit Controller to join our team on a temporary basis for 3 months.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and monitor tenant accounts to ensure timely rent collection. Chase overdue payments via phone, email, and written correspondence. Maintain accurate records of all communications and transactions. Resolve payment queries and disputes professionally and efficiently. Prepare regular reports on outstanding debts and cash flow. Liaise with internal teams and external agencies regarding arrears and legal proceedings when necessary. Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.

Requirements:
Previous experience in credit control or a similar finance role. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software (experience with property management systems is a plus). Ability to start immediately and work on-site in Manchester City Centre.
