Position: Corporate Strategy Director (Media Group)
A Corporate Strategy Director role for Media Group based in London Your new company A leading media group with diversified business interests across agency and media services. The company has grown well over the last 10 years but is looking to re-shape their longer term planning process, with clearer corporate plan including M&A activity. Your new role As Corporate Strategy Director, you will be responsible for driving the agency’s corporate strategy, leading mergers and acquisitions, and managing investor relations.

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will influence high-level decisions and ensure alignment between strategic objectives and operational execution. Develop and implement long-term growth strategies in collaboration with the CEO and leadership team. Identify, evaluate, and lead M&A opportunities, including due diligence, valuation, negotiation, and integration. Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, analysts, and key financial stakeholders. Deliver clear, compelling communications on performance, strategy, and outlook.

Oversee strategic financial modelling, scenario planning, and KPI tracking. Ensure consistency across business and synergy between client and corporate plans. What you'll need to succeed MBA or equivalent advanced degree in Finance, Business, or related field. 10 years’ experience in strategy, corporate development, or investment banking, ideally within media, advertising, or technology sectors. Proven track record in leading M&A transactions and managing investor relations.

Strong financial acumen, negotiation skills, and ability to influence senior stakeholders. Highly analytical, commercially astute, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
