£11.80 per hour, 5 hour, 16 hour or 32 hour permanent contracts available plus sleeping shifts. Bank positions also available for experienced candidates

Will be able to pick up overtime to meet a full time Rota but Contract will be a maximumof 16 hours

Do not need experience as full trainingis given (must have some knowledge of working with people with LD)

£13.00 per hour, 32 hour permanent contract available plus sleeping shifts paid at £6.50
-7.50 per hour.

Founded in 2005, Archangel Care began with a single, locally based residential unit for adults with learning disabilities. It has subsequently grown year on year and now has three branches covering Nottingham, Staffordshire and West Cheshire. From the Cheshire branch we cover Winsford, Northwich, Middlewich, Runcorn and Frodsham.

We provide Supported Living Accommodation and Outreach Support to adults with learning disabilities and mental health issues, some of which also have physical disabilities. Our customers are all very different with their own individual needs and interests, and we tailor their support to help them live a happy and fulfilled life, assisting them to access the community and complete everyday tasks such as shopping, cooking, finances, housework.

We are looking for new candidates that are excited to get into the care sector for the first time, or experienced carers looking to work for a care provider that puts people first. We will provide full training in preparing candidates for their role and we pay candidates to complete their training.

Your work will be planned to ensure you routinely work with the same customers. This helps you, our future staff members, to provide high quality, consistent care.

Hours and Pay

We have a variety of shifts available including earlies, lates, one-to-ones and sleeping shifts. Working alternate weekends is essential.

We can offer full-time and part-time contracts.

Our staff have a lot of control over their pay, which includes weekly or monthly pay and flexible options for accrued holiday pay. Plus, we pay a mileage contribution and factor travel time into your pay when applicable.

Bonus Scheme

We have a generous bonus scheme which includes a payment of £170 for completing your probationary period, and we have a refer a friend scheme which will pay £200 to the person that makes the referral once the new candidate has completed their probationary period.
