The Branch Accountant is responsible for all aspects of financial accounting and reporting at the branch. You are expected to uphold financial governance of the two branches. They require communication with General Manager and department heads.

- B Com Degree.
- Managerial experience will be an advantage.
- Strong leadership, coaching and team building skills.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Full-time position.
- Overtime may be required to meet deadlines.
- Prepare and submit accurate monthly management accounts and financial statements by setting deadlines.
- Perform general ledger recons and ensure accuracy of all postings.
- Maintain and reconcile balance sheet accounts, including debtors, creditors and inventory.
- Monitor expenses and income to ensure alignment with budget.
- Monitor branch cashflow and oversee branch handling and cash controls.
- Support auditors (Internal and external) and assist in resolving audit queries.
