Qualified candidates will work on Oracle Cloud Finance implementations. This position’s primary function is to provide applications and solutions consulting to the customer and project team by understanding, analysing and translating requirements to enhance, support and facilitate effective solutions through either configuration or team development. The candidate must also lead a project team through the software development lifecycle and may participate in roles such as Test Lead, Data Lead, or Cutover Lead onshore or offshore, supporting the sales opportunity cycle.

• Facilitate client process walkthroughs to understand business processes and align them with solution functionality.
• Act in a client-facing role to determine business requirements.
• Identify how the Oracle Cloud Finance solution can best be utilized to meet client requirements.
• Support the interface workstream to understand business scenarios and integration between the solution and other applications.
• Support configuration, testing, training, data migration and change management work streams.
• Project manage or lead a large Oracle Cloud Finance implementation team.
• Serve as the design lead for Oracle Cloud Finance implementations within your expertise modules.
• Shape Oracle Cloud Finance solutions to help clients solve complex situations.
• Deliver advisory services in broader technology-enabled business change, including integrator and vendor selection, application studies, solution architecture, and program diagnostics and recovery.
• Build and maintain client relationships.

• Bachelor’s degree with applicable work experience (advantageous).
• +8 years of experience in complex Oracle Cloud Finance implementations.
• +5 years of experience in designing and/or implementing Oracle Cloud Finance in lead roles.
• Certification in one or more Oracle Cloud Finance modules.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Understanding of finance business processes.
