Job Title: Retail Key Account Developer

We are now expanding our retail presence and are seeking a strong Retail Key Accounts Developer to join our team.
As a Retail Key Account Developer, you will be responsible for developing and managing strategic relationships with the key retail partners to drive the sell-in and sell-out of the company’s products. The role includes creating joint business plans, executing retail programs, driving product visibility and availability, and increasing brand performance in stores.
Required qualification and working knowledge:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in Retail Sales or Key Account Management, preferably in the consumer electronics or ICT industry.
- A proven track record in sales development, B2B/Corporate customer development within the retail industry is essential.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Established relationships with retail partners and an understanding of the business challenges.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems.
Duties & Responsibilities :
Account Management & Growth
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with independent and major retail partners.
- Identify growth opportunities with existing retail accounts and negotiate promotional campaigns pricing, and product replacement.
- Ensure all agreements, sales targets, and joint business plans are met.
- Implement the retail sales strategy aligned with overall company objectives.
- Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and product teams to ensure full alignment with retail partner strategies.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends with retail channels and propose counter strategies.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Manage sales forecasting and stock planning for key accounts.
- Track, analyze, and report on key account performance and profitability.
- Work closely with merchandising and marketing teams to ensure brand visibility in-store and online.
- Drive and support promotional campaigns, products launches, and seasonal retail activations.
- Conduct regular store visits (if applicable) to evaluate compliance, availability, and competitor presence.
- Analyze sales data, stock levels, and consumer insights to optimize product offering and sales tactics.
- Provide accurate reporting on sales trends, promotional ROI, and market share per account.
