1st Line Support Engineer

1st Line IT Support Engineer - £24,000 to £26,000 - Midsomer Norton

I am seeking a 1st Line IT Support Engineer to work in a high performing IT Team. The right 1st Line Support Engineer will be a part of a small team and will be working 5 days a week onsite. Ths is a full time position that requires good communication skills.

Requirments of the 1st Line Support Engineer:

Take calls and provide 1st Line support on the phone
Documentation
Escalations to 2nd Line
Appications support
- Training Provided The right 1st Line IT Support Engineer must have:

Prior basic IT background
