This can only be done with you:

Check, post and process payment of incoming vendor invoices and T&E reports

Issue outgoing invoices (national and international)

Create purchase requests not related to projects.

Reconcile accounts and meticulously maintain a complete and accurate general ledger in strict adherence to accounting principles and reporting schedules.

Provide essential support for the monthly accounting pre-closure activities, ensuring accuracy and completeness for final reporting.

Coordinate with the tax consultant for monthly/quarterly local GAAP/IFRS reconciliation, reporting of tax declarations and tax payments

Create and modify master data as required, contributing to efficient and effective financial data management in SAP FI. Analytical accounting in SAP, with the use of the different cost objects used in SAP, WBS elements, statistical orders, cost centers.

Keep vendor data updated in the general ledger

Quarterly vendor control account reconciliation

Correct documentation and storage of all payment supporting documents

Monthly monitoring and reconciliation of bank account balances

Intercompany balance reconciliation

Actively participate in the Company's audit process, taking responsibility for preparing and thoroughly reviewing the information required by auditors and preparation of the annual accounts

What you bring to the table:

Degree in administration, finance or accounting, preferably with professional experience in accounting

Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting departments

Experience with Discounted Cash Flow valuation models is a plus

Expertise in MS-Office, particularly Excel, and in SAP tools

Good knowledge of English (written and spoken)

Your analytical skills and accuracy in dealing with figures and your self-confident approach combined with a high degree of dedication to working effectively and independently convince us. Your strong communication skills, your team spirit and your willingness to travel within the first year completes your profile.
