The selected candidate will oversees the full construction cycle of renewable energy plants, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to the highest quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Coordination of construction activities, monitoring schedules, budgets, and progress.
Preparation of project documentation, reports, and presentations.
Liaise with engineering, procurement, and on-site construction teams.
Management of contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Ensure compliance with HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) policies and standards.
Identifying risks and tracking issues during project execution.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
3-4 years of experience in project management or construction, ideally within the renewable energy.
Solid organisational and analytical skills, with strong attention to detail.
Proactive, flexible, and able to work both independently and in a team.
Excellent communication skills in English (other languages are an advantage).
Willingness to travel occasionally to project sites.
