Job Description Summary   Seeking an experienced Senior Interior Designer  to join our flourishing design and project management team with exciting projects for major multinational clients across Italy.

Job Description  The Project & Development Services department at Cushman & Wakefield, a leading real estate consultancy firm, is seeking an architect/interior designer to develop creative solutions and projects for office spaces.
The ideal candidate must hold a degree in architecture and have at least 8 years of professional experience.

Key Responsibilities   Lead design projects from concept to delivery, ensuring quality, timelines, and budget compliance
Collaborate effectively with other team members
Proficiency in using major technical design software (e.g., AutoCAD, power point, 3d software)
Develop functional and efficient design solutions
Present concepts and proposals to clients and stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner
Knowledge of materials commonly used in office fit-outs (flooring, wall coverings, partitions, etc.)
Creativity, attention to detail, and innovative thinking
Strong personality, proactive attitude, and problem-solving skills
Good knowledge of spoken and written English
